Target Cartwheel is an app you can add to your smart phone, Click here to add to your phone or when planning your trip online, on any computer. Click here to access on your computer.
The basics of Target Cartwheel are that you can chose from hundreds of discounts from across every category available at Target. Once you chose the items, and add them to your Cartwheel, you pick them up in store and show the barcode to the cashier and receive your discounts.
Some things you may not have known however are that the Target Cartwheel app has a feature which allows you to scan bar codes on items, in the store, and it will alert you if there is a Cartwheel discount.
Cartwheel only allows you a limited number of offers, but the more you use it, the more spots unlock.
Your cartwheel barcode never changes, you can put your printed-out bar code in your wallet so you’ll always have it. No matter when you add items to your Cartwheel, the barcode will work on them. You can give the barcode to other members in your family to scan during their visits also.
Target Cartwheel discounts can be stacked with manufacturer coupons, Target coupons and even rebates like Ibotta. The offers are deducted after a Target coupon is used, but before a manufactuer coupon. For example if you purchase an item for $1.00 and there is a .50¢/1 Target coupon and a 5% Target Cartwheel offer and a .25¢ mq, the Target coupon will be deducted first making the item .50¢, then 5% of the .50¢ will be discounted (.03¢) , then the .25¢ off manufacturer coupon so your total for the item will be .22¢.
Every Sunday, new Cartwheel offers come out, but check daily for new special offers. Many high-value, limited-time offers become available at random, like the toy offers this month.
You may use a Cartwheel offers up to 4 times per transaction and a bar code up to 6 times per day. So if you have a Target cartwheel offer you can redeem it 4 times in one transaction, 6 times a day!
Cartwheel is only available in store.
