- Buy your Chloe’s box at your local Sam’s Club, online at SamsClub.com, or on Instacart (no membership required)
- Take a clear picture of your paper receipt (make sure we can see Chloe’s) or screenshot your online receipt
- Send an email to supermarketshop@chloesfruit.com by June 7, with the subject: Chloe’s Sam’s Club Purchase
- Include: your name, mailing address, and attach the image of your receipt
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and mailing the reimbursement after you send in your email
- If you buy your pops in person, feel free to take a picture of the Chloe’s box on the shelf at Sam’s Club and include in your email to us with your receipt image
